It is a durable and safe collagen stimulator.
Olidia® is an injectable dermal filler based on poly L-lactic acid with CE. This filler has been developed to fill in the lost volume on the face by stimulating collagenesis. The main ingredient of Olidia® is PLLA. PLLA has been used around the world for over 20 years in medical devices, e.g. for dissolving sutures. As Olidia® is made of synthetic materials, there is no need for allergy testing before the procedure.
What is PLLA?
It is poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer. PLLA particles stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen, while the newly formed collagen creates volume. After administration, PLLA is absorbed and degraded, thereby eventually undergoing respiration as Co2.
PLLA is the most durable dermal filler of all currently FDA approved biodegradable products. In 80% of respondents, it lasted for about 24 months.

How To Use:

1. Remove the cap of Olidia. (Make sure to check whether the product package is damaged or broken.)
2. Wipe its rubber stopper with an antiseptic. When the aluminum cap or rubber stopper of the vial is damaged do not use the product.
3. Connect an 18G sterile needle to a 10ml sterile single use syringe as shown. (5ml syringe also fine)
4. Slowly fill 5ml to 7ml saline water into the 10ml single use syringe.
5. Slowly add the sterile water into the vial. At this time pierce the rubber cap with the 18G needle at once.
6. Leave the reconstituted solution in the vial for maximum 2 hours to dilute.
7. Keep in mind not to shake the vial. The reconstituted solution must be immediately used. After reconstitution, any non used or remaining reconstituted solution must be discarded.
8. Just before treatment to patients, Shake the reconstituted solution for better suspension. Olidia solution will be look white and translucent.
9. Reconstituted solutions should be within 72hours. Any non used reconstituted solution must be discarded.
10. For the tips for general clinic, Just before Olidia treatment to the patient, we can add 1ml to 2ml of lidocain.
